Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Visa & Package Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing visa application processes and travel package sales. The tasks include interacting with customers to understand their travel needs, preparing and organizing travel documentation, coordinating with travel service providers, developing and promoting travel packages, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role will also involve maintaining updated knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Visa application processes and documentation management skills
  • Experience in sales, particularly in travel package sales
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends
  • Organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related software
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluency in Bengali and English
