Salary Range:
BDT 20,000 – 25,000 (Negotiable based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client cases with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handle end-to-end visa application processing.
  • Guide clients on visa requirements, supporting documents, interview preparation, and embassy procedures.
  • Respond promptly to all telephone calls and incoming/outgoing emails.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. any discipline (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Must be passionate about travel and client service.
  • Previous working experience in visa processing is required.
