is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Admission & Visa Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students through the
admission and visa process for Australia
, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and successful study abroad experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Student Counseling:
    Advise students on admission requirements, program options, and study opportunities in Australia.
  2. Application Management:
    Guide applicants through the complete admission process — including document preparation, application submission, and follow-ups.
  3. Document Verification:
    Review and verify academic transcripts, English proficiency scores, and financial documents in line with Australian university and visa standards.
  4. Information & Guidance:
    Provide accurate information on tuition fees, scholarships, course options, and application deadlines.
  5. Visa Expertise:
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian student visa policies, GTE/GS requirements, and compliance procedures.
  6. Interview Preparation:
    Train and prepare students for the Genuine Student (GS) interview to meet institutional and Department of Home Affairs criteria.
  7. File Management:
    Ensure all student applications and records are accurately documented and well-organized.
  8. Problem Solving:
    Handle student queries promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to admissions or visas.
  9. Policy Updates:
    Stay informed about the latest updates from the Australian Department of Home Affairs and partner universities or colleges.
  10. Work Environment:
    The position is on-site, based at our Uttara office.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:
    3–4 years in student counseling, admissions, or visa processing (preferably for Australia).
  2. Education:
    Bachelor's degree or higher.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
