Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Destination Manager for Australia, located in Dhaka and Sylhet The Destination Manager will be responsible for managing and guiding students through the admission and visa processes, conducting guided tours, providing exceptional customer service, and negotiating partnerships with educational institutions. The role Mainly involves sales activities, communication with students and their families, and ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.

Qualifications

  • 4/5 Years of experience of Australia market
  • 3/4 years Managerial experience in the same industry
  • Should know A to Z Australian students file processing
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales
  • Ability to conduct and manage Team members
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the education industry .
