Position 1: Visa Processing Executive – First World Countries

Specialization:
USA, UK, Canada, Schengen States, Australia, New Zealand

Responsibilities:


• Handle end-to-end visa processing for first-world countries.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, embassy requirements, and documentation.


• Provide accurate consultation and pre-screening of client documents.


• Manage appointment bookings, online form submissions, and embassy communication.


• Ensure high success rates and timely processing.

Requirements:


• Minimum 2 years of experience in tourist visa processing for first-world countries.


• Strong understanding of embassy rules and document standards.

Position 2: Visa Processing Executive – High Value Tourist Destination Countries

Specialization:
Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia etc.

Responsibilities:


• Manage visa applications for high value tourist destination countries.


• Advise clients on visa requirements, travel documentation, and process timelines.


• Prepare and submit visa applications, monitor progress, and provide updates to clients.


• Liaise with consulates, embassies and service centers.

Requirements:


• Minimum 1 years of experience in tourist visa processing.


• Proven track record of successful visa submissions.


• Strong client management skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

General Qualifications for Both Roles:


• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Travel, Tourism, or Business).


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based platforms.


• Team player with a proactive attitude.
