VISA Specialist

Stellar Visa and Travel Assist, a sister concern of MACES, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Visa Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As a Visa Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting clients (students and tourists) in preparing and submitting visa applications to the Canada, UK, USA, Japan, Malaysia, Australia and Schengen countries. You will play a vital role in ensuring that clients receive expert advice and personalized service, resulting in a seamless visa application process. This role is integral to helping students pursue their dream education abroad and assisting tourists in achieving their travel goals.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

●     Assist clients in preparing student and tourist visa applications.

●     Stay updated with visa regulations, policies and requirements for the above mentioned countries.

●     Provide consultancy on Visa requirements as per official guidelines.

●     Conduct Visa eligibility assessments based on updated regulations.

●     Prepare tailored document checklists for applicants according to their profile and category.

●     Guide clients in preparing financial documents and drafting forwarding letters

●     Ensure all required documents are arranged accurately before final submission and interviews.

●     Support the timely collection and completion of Visa documentation.

●     Assist with travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and flight reservations, if necessary.

●     Provide Visa interview training when required.

●     Investigate and report compliance breaches or violations promptly.

●     Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance and implement corrective action plans.

●     Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry trends

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

●     Previous experience as a visa specialist or in a similar role is preferred.

●     In-depth knowledge of Visa requirements across various categories (certification is a plus).

●     Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and education laws.

●     Familiarity with the visa application processes for student and tourist visas for the mentioned countries.

●     Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

●     Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

●     Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

●     Proficiency in English and Bangla

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

●     Minimum 1 year of experience in Visa processing, compliance with a preference for experience in Canada or Australia Visa applications.
