Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Call Center Executive International. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for handling customer support and providing excellent customer service. They will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues. The executive will also assist with sales by informing customers of products and services and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience working in Contact Centers
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in a related field are a plus
