Shakil Education Group is a professional study-abroad consultancy firm committed to providing reliable educational guidance and career counselling services. The organization assists students in securing admissions to reputed universities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding study abroad programs, admission procedures, and documentation
• Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and daily communication reports
• Assist in student follow-up, scheduling counselling appointments, and responding to basic inquiries
• Support front-desk and counseling team when required
• Maintain high standards of communication etiquette and customer service
Required Qualifications
• Minimum HSC completed or Bachelor's degree (running students may apply)
• Strong verbal communication skills in Bangla and English
• Pleasant voice tone with professional telephone etiquette
• Ability to work under guidance and meet task deadlines
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace)
Preferred Skills
• Interest in education consultancy and international study opportunities
• Customer service or call-center experience will be considered an advantage
