Job Summary:

We are seeking a Call Center Executive to handle customer queries, manage inbound and outbound calls, and provide accurate product and service information in a professional manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.


• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services.


• Maintain and update customer account information.


• Identify and escalate priority issues to the supervisor when necessary.


• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.


• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call or sales targets.


• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.


• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve customer satisfaction.


• Record all customer interactions, feedback, and complaints accurately in the system.

Qualifications & Requirements:


• Minimum HSC / Bachelor's degree in any discipline.


• Prior experience in a call center or telemarketing role preferred (freshers are welcome).


• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.


• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.


• Ability to stay calm and confident under pressure.


• Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends if required).
