Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Oversight
: Inspire and guide agents to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Quality Control (QC)
: Evaluate call quality and provide actionable feedback. - Call Center Scoring
: Monitor performance metrics and create strategies to meet goals. - Shifting & Rostering
: Manage schedules for smooth 24/7 operations. - Dialer & Software Management
: Troubleshoot and manage call center dialer systems, CRM tools, and software. - Campaign Management
: Lead and execute successful sales campaigns. - Data Analysis
: Use Excel to analyze data, generate insights, and enhance efficiency.
