We're Hiring

Position: Call Center Representative

Company: iHelpBD

Are you looking for an opportunity to start your career in the customer service industry? Join iHelpBD as a Call Center Representative and be part of our dynamic team

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls

Answer customer queries and provide accurate information

Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution

Maintain SLA and ensure quality service

Manage data using CRM tools

Employment Status:

Freshers can apply Male & female candidates can apply

Full-time (9 Hours, including 1-hour break)

Shift: Morning / Evening / Night (Only Male)

Qualifications:

Undergraduate students, diploma holders, and graduates (Freshers can apply)

Must be computer literate

Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Sheets

Strong communication skills in Bengali (both speaking and typing)

Good typing speed in English and Bengali

Good social skills, punctual, and honest

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: BDT 10,000 (Fixed) + Lunch Allowance (BDT 1,200)

Probation Period: 6 Months

Yearly Performance Review

No Sales Target

Office Location:

Mirpur Branch, Dhaka
