Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Dhaka. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling inquiries and concerns. Day-to-day tasks include delivering quality service, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Computer Literacy and ability to manage relevant software systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
