Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Support Executive, located in Gulshan. The Commercial Support Executive will be responsible for day-to-day commercial management tasks, following up with clients and partners, and maintaining effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial and operational workflows. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing customer orders
 - Maintain accurate sales and account records
 - Support sales team with quotations and order updates
 - Follow up with customers to drive sales growth
 - Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
 - Handle supplier payments and customer payment follow-ups.
 - Maintain and follow up VAT/Tax-related documents
 - Manage daily accounting entries and reports
 - Handle office requisitions and purchase processing
 - Maintain petty cash and ensure accurate expense records
 - Calculate monthly mobile bills and prepare summaries
 - Assist in quarterly TAX return submission
 
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
 - 1–2 years of experience in a related role (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
 - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting tools
 - Quick learner and ability to multitask
 - Honest, responsible, and customer-focused attitude
 - Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Bangla).
