Role Description

This is a full-time on-site day shift role for a Telemarketing Executive. The position is located in Gulshan. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for lead generation, providing customer service and support, managing sales calls, and maintaining effective communication with potential and existing clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer usage and relevant software
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or a related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
