Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Executive located in Gulshan. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for handling customer support and service inquiries, managing contact center activities, and providing sales support. The role involves interacting with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently, maintaining records of customer interactions, and collaborating with team members to improve overall service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication and Contact Center management abilities
  • Experience in Sales and related activities
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
