Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify completeness, accuracy, and proper approval of purchase requisitions before initiating sourcing.
  • Review and consolidate requirements to ensure alignment with planned demand.
  • Identify potential suppliers, obtain quotations, and evaluate them based on price, quality, delivery, and compliance.
  • Conduct price bench-marking and cost analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, payment conditions, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Collaborate with finance, user departments, and stores to ensure timely delivery, invoice verification, and payment processing.
  • Maintain procurement trackers for all ongoing activities, ensuring accurate documentation and full traceability.
  • Systematically archive all procurement-related documents for audit readiness and compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of proven track record in SCM, preferably in reputed organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree from NSU, BRAC, AUST, BUET, IBA-DU, KUET, IUB, or EWU.
  • PGD or any professional certification in SCM is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement based practices and industry standards.
