Position Overview:
The Program and Project Executive will play a key role in the effective planning, coordination, and execution of projects and programs within CHILD Foundation and POTU. The incumbent will support the implementation and management of projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget constraints. This role requires a dedicated, organized individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Support the planning, development, and management of programs in alignment with the mission and objectives of the CHILD Foundation and POTU.
- Assist in setting program goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, funders, and beneficiaries to ensure effective program implementation.
- Project Execution: Work closely with the project manager to ensure successful project delivery by meeting deadlines and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing project resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure the project remains within scope.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and other necessary communication materials.
- Monthly field visit.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and obstacles to project completion and propose solutions.
- Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement:
- Assist in evaluating completed projects to determine effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement feedback to improve future project outcomes and efficiency.
Workshop and Session:
- Take the lead in organizing and facilitating on-site/online workshops, training sessions, and other learning events for program participants and stakeholders.
- Ensure the seamless execution of these events, from planning and logistics to content delivery and follow-up.
- Collaborate with experts, trainers, and external partners to curate engaging, impactful, and relevant content that aligns with program goals and objectives.
- Foster an inclusive and interactive learning environment, ensuring participants have a valuable and enriching experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a non-profit or community development environment.
- Freshers can also apply.
Skills:
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with knowledge of project/data management software being an advantage
