What You'll Do:

  • Execute strategy to generate leads, conversions, and revenue across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Plan, execute, and Optimize Paid Ad Campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube without overlapping with TG.
  • Oversee Sales Funnels & Customer Journeys, using data-driven insights to maximize performance.
  • Work with CRM & Marketing Automation Tools to enhance audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Ensure Synergy Across Campaigns, content, and SEO to support the overall sales goals.
  • Manage Budgets and Reporting, keeping a close eye on KPIs, performance trends, and ROI.
  • Analyze & Report on paid ads using tools like Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and app store insights.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare campaign proposals and media plans.
  • Maintain billing documents and ensure timely reporting.
  • Handle any ad-hoc marketing or administrative tasks assigned by your supervisor.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or ad operations.
  • Hands-on expertise with
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Ads
    .
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys.
  • A data-first mindset with sharp analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
