𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties of Chaya Property Solution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and repeat business.
  • Conduct site visits and property tours with potential buyers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the other department to convert leads into sales.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • Bachelor's degree from any reputed university, or any related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, well-groomed, and fluent in Bangla and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
