Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Director located in Gulshan. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the organization. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing policies, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a team of professionals. The Executive Director will also be responsible for fostering relationships with stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and promoting the company's values and mission.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management skills
  • Experience in Strategic Planning and Implementation
  • Financial Management and Budgeting skills
  • Knowledge of Compliance and Industry Standards
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to Work On-site in Gulshan
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the garment or textile industry is a plus
