About Us:

Twelve Clothing Limited is a leading fashion brand, recognized for quality, innovation, and excellence in the apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruit factory staff and workers.

  2. Monitor employee attendance and manage leave records.

  3. Maintain employee database in HRIS.

  4. Ensure a neat and clean office environment.

  5. Control and supervise premises as required.

  6. Implement cost-effective measures, prevent losses, and manage resource consumption.

  7. Oversee utility systems, determine repair/replacement needs, and supervise maintenance.

  8. Perform any other tasks assigned by the authority.

Requirements

  1. BBA/MBA in HRM or related field.

  2. 2–4 years of experience in RMG Factory HR & Admin.

  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  4. Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems.

  5. Knowledge of HR processes and standards.
