Executive - Human Resources
Job Description / Responsibility
- Process verify and maintain employees HR related data under Celestial Tech payroll in HRIS system(s) for new hires, transfers, terminations, life events, salary changes, etc. for ensuring error free and timely data entry.
- Assist line manager to implement process improvements whenever possible to automate and ensure greater accuracy of data in the ERP.
- Untangle HR data management issues, understands data flow, and takes action to resolve downstream issues.
- Maintain Employee Self Service (ESS) for smooth HR service.
- Maintain, administer, and process the HR module in ERP in a manner so that required output can be generated smoothly.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly attendance/Leave report and submit to Manager - HR.
- Strongly coordinate the recruitment, training, engagement programs as and when necessary.
- Maintain up to date personal file and keep confidentiality of any information related to employee.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information System
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information System
- Skills Required: Recruitment & Selection, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Attention to details, Data analysis, Organized and Disciplined, Time Management and Prioritization
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Engineering Firms,Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company,Indenting Firm,Shipyard,HVAC System,Importer,Technical Infrastructure,Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.),Indenting,Fire Fighting and Safety
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
