Job Description 

  • Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention within the Commercial function.

  • Assist in implementing performance management processes and provide guidance to line managers to promote a high-performance culture.

  • Coordinate cross-functional HR projects, ensuring effective collaboration, timely delivery, and compliance with organizational standards.

  • Assist in talent management and succession planning by identifying key positions and developing the talent pipeline for future needs.

  • Work closely with OD and Unit Heads to prioritize, monitor, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee competencies.

  • Support talent acquisition and internal placement processes, ensuring the right talent is placed in the right roles.

  • Contribute to defining and communicating reward and recognition strategies aligned with company philosophy.

  • Conduct data analysis and reporting (e.g., exit data, overtime trends) to generate insights that support HR decision-making.

  • Assist in disseminating company strategy and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals across departments.

  • Ensure full compliance in outsourced services, including vendor management, legal documentation, and performance reporting.

Academic Qualification

  • BBA (in any discipline) from reputed University

Job Experience Required

  • Minimum 5-6  years of total related experience

Required Capabilities

  • Sound Computer literacy and experience with HRIS

  • Through Knowledge on employment and local labor laws

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio) 

  • Ability to review and analyze numerical/statistical data 

  • Good industry knowledge & market dynamics
