Job Responsibilities :

  • Strategic HR Support:
    Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations:
    Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the hiring of top talent while promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    Manage compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration in compliance with local regulations.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
    Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure legal compliance and a positive employee experience.
  • Organizational Development:
    Facilitate organizational change initiatives and employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance productivity.
  • HR Analytics:
    Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience : handle Research & Development (R&D) Department, will be preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or similar role.
  • Experience in the technology, telecommunications, or related industry preferred.
  • Fluent in
    English
    (both verbal and written) is a must

    Mandarin is a plus

  • Proven ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and trends to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
