Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing HR management activities. The role requires maintaining compliance with labor laws, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additional tasks include recruiting, onboarding, and providing support to both management and staff on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment and onboarding
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Strong Employee Relations skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
