working
closely with the Head of HR
to lead strategic initiatives, nurture talent, and create a

Key Areas of Impact

As an HRBP, you will act as a
strategic enabler and trusted advisor
to business leaders through:

Strategic HR Planning & Workforce Design-
Align HR strategy with business objectives and future capability needs.

Talent & Succession Planning-
Identify and develop high-potential employees for long-term leadership roles.

Training & Development Excellence-
Design and deliver leadership, skill enhancement, and behavioral training programs that inspire growth.

Reward & Compensation Analysis-
Build fair, motivating, and performance-linked reward frameworks.

Policy & SOP Development-
Establish structured, transparent, and compliant HR systems.

KPI, Competency Mapping & Skill Matrix-
Design robust frameworks to drive measurable performance and growth.

Human Capital Productivity Analysis-
Ensure maximum utilization and value creation from organizational talent.

Organizational & Cultural Development-
Strengthen collaboration, trust, and emotional connection across teams.

Change Management-
Support transformation initiatives with empathy and precision.

HRIS, Dashboards & Analytics-
Develop HR insights through digital dashboards,
Power BI, Pivot analysis, and HR metrics
.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for a
next-generation HR professional
who blends strategy, analytics, and people skills.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in HRM / Management / Business Administration from a reputed
  Public University
  .
• 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferably in
  FMCG, manufacturing, or large organizations
  ).
• Strong command of
  English-
  both spoken and written.
• Skilled in
  MS Excel (Pivot, Power View, Power Query)
  and
  Power BI
  .
• Excellent
  presentation, analytical, and communication skills
  with a confident personality.
• Passionate about
  continuous learning, employee engagement, and organizational excellence.
