Head of Tax – Global Role | Gurgaon

We are hiring a
Head of Tax
to lead the global tax function within our finance team. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for shaping tax policy, compliance, and advisory across multiple geographies.


Location:
Gurgaon


Education:
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory (no MBA/other qualifications)


Experience:
10+ years

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee the
    entire tax function globally
    – Direct Tax & Indirect Tax (India & International).
  • Manage
    GST, VAT, and Transfer Pricing
    compliance and advisory.
  • Partner with leadership on
    tax planning, structuring, and risk management
    .
  • Handle
    tax audits, assessments, and litigation
    .
  • Drive
    tax process automation and efficiency improvements
    .
  • Collaborate with external auditors, Big 4 advisors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and build capability in a
    team of 5–6 professionals
    .

What We're Looking For

  • Pure play tax profile
    with solid expertise in Direct & Indirect Taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Indian & International tax frameworks
    .
  • Exposure to
    IT product/technology sector taxation
    is a must.
  • Big 4 experience (articleship or role)
    mandatory.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing stakeholders globally.
