We're Hiring: Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance.

Salary Range: BDT 30,000 – 45,000 (based on experience)

Gtech Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business growth. The right candidate will have solid expertise in L/C, VAT & Tax, daily expense management, supplier negotiations, fund management, and strong communication & computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage daily accounting operations and expense records


• Handle L/C (Letter of Credit) documentation and processes for imports


• Prepare and submit VAT & Tax returns as per Bangladesh regulations


• Monitor and manage company funds & cash flow


• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency


• Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations


• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance


• Use accounting software and MS Office for accurate record-keeping

Requirements:


• Minimum 3 years' experience in accounts and finance


• Proven expertise in L/C, VAT, and Tax


• Experience in daily operational expense management


• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors


• Good command of English (spoken & written)


• Fast and accurate computer typing skills


• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software


• Knowledge in fund management and financial planning


• Ability to work full-time at our Mohakhali DOHS head office
