Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager (Plastic) located in Narsingdi District. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plastic production facility, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and implementing efficient production processes. This role involves managing the production team, coordinating with other departments, and addressing any issues that may arise during the production process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Production Management and operational oversight within the plastics industry
  • Ability to implement and monitor quality control processes
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in team management and collaboration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using relevant production management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing sector will be an advantage
