Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality control, managing production schedules, and coordinating manufacturing operations. The Factory Manager will also handle operations management duties to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with industry standards.

  • Production Planning and Production Management skills
  • Quality Control and Operations Management skills
  • Experience in Manufacturing Operations
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the garment labelling and packaging industry is mandatory
