We are seeking a 
motivated AI Product Manager
 to join our team — someone who excels at the intersection of 
AI, software development, and business strategy
. This is a 
hands-on role
 where you will blend 
strategic vision
 with 
daily execution
, working closely with AI engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy:

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Translate company vision into a clear product roadmap and define OKRs for milestones.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to guide decisions.
  • Define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain a balance between technical feasibility and business impact.

Team Coordination & Delivery:

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver world-class solutions.
  • Run daily standups/check-ins with engineers and maintain tracking in
    ClickUp/Notion
    .
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify and remove blockers to keep momentum.

Business & Stakeholder Alignment:

  • Work with leadership to align product roadmap with business priorities.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly.
  • Prepare product demos and reports for stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in MBA / Business Administration / Business-related discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related Engineering field
    .
    Candidates with proven experience in AI or software development firms may also be considered.
  • Minimum
    5 years of professional experience
    in IT/software industry with proven product management or project leadership experience.
  • Understanding of the
    AI/ML lifecycle
    (data, models, deployment) — coding not required.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    is an advantage.
