Role Overview

As a
Product Manager
at weDevs, you'll be at the heart of shaping the future of products that power businesses worldwide. You'll own the product strategy, roadmap, and growth initiatives for one or more of our flagship WordPress Plugins and SaaS solutions—driving innovation that directly impacts thousands of users worldwide.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and support to deliver scalable features, elevate user experiences, and accelerate product adoption. You'll be the bridge between customer needs and technical execution, ensuring every decision is data-driven and aligned with business goals.

This is a high-impact role for a Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, deeply understands SaaS and WordPress Plugin economics, and brings a growth-first mindset to everything they build. What you'll be doing

  • Defining and owning product roadmaps and goals that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Driving product growth initiatives focused on user acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization.
  • Using data and customer feedback to identify bottlenecks and expansion opportunities.
  • Translating company objectives into measurable OKRs and tracking impact via key product metrics (conversion, churn, feature usage, etc.).
  • Establishing Product KPIs to ensure scalability so that products grow with market valuation and user potential.
  • Writing clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Working closely with engineering teams to define scope, estimate, and deliver features in agile sprints.
  • Collaborating with Product and UX teams to validate hypotheses through research and usability testing.
  • Motivating and leading scrum teams to deliver against commits and deadlines, providing required context, clearly communicating the value prop, setting timelines, and reporting to leadership.
  • Ensuring all releases maintain a high bar of quality, performance, and stability.
  • Gathering feedback from support, marketing, user communities, and customer interviews to stay connected to customer needs.
  • Keeping a close pulse on competitive products and evolving WordPress/WooCommerce or SaaS ecosystems.
  • Partnering with Support and Sales teams to proactively find user pain points and areas for optimization.
  • Understanding and forecasting market trends relevant to SaaS, eCommerce, and marketplaces.
  • Working with GTM teams on launch plans, pricing experiments, product documentation, and onboarding flows.
  • Partnering with marketing teams to deliver impactful messaging and growth campaigns.
  • Leading internal product demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder sync-ups to ensure alignment.
  • Developing meaningful relationships with key individuals internally and externally to achieve business objectives.

What you bring to the table

  • 3+ years of professional product management experience in SaaS, WordPress, or WooCommerce ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and growth mindset.
  • Experience with growth loops, funnel optimization, and customer journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with plugin monetization models, freemium strategies, and product-led growth (PLG).
  • Comfortable using tools like GitHub, Jira, Figma, Notion, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for delivering delightful user experiences and solving complex problems.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with marketplace, eCommerce, or multivendor products.
  • Understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and caching layers.
  • Experience shipping and iterating on WordPress plugins or SaaS products with large user bases.

Educational Requirements

It doesn't matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, passionate, ready to work hard, and have fun.

Workplace & Hours

  • Location: weDevs HQ ( Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka )
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (BST)

Compensation

  • Salary Range: 80,000 to 150,000 BDT (Depending on Skill and Experience)
  • Salary Review: Annually
