Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Centre Customer Care Support position, based in Dhaka. The Customer Care Support will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing information about products, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer service standards. The role also involves logging customer interactions and conducting follow-ups to ensure resolution of customer queries.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Proficient in Customer Support and Communication skills
- Possess Analytical Skills to resolve customer issues effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
