Varaha is an end-to-end carbon project developer focused on nature based solutions such as regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, mangrove and biochar projects that support smallholder land stewards at scale. Position :- Customer Support Executive
About the role :-
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for farmers in Bangladesh, handling inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
 - Farmer Onboarding & Verification: Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification calls to ensure all farmer details are accurate and complete.
 - Grievance Redressal: Listen patiently to farmer queries and grievances, accurately log all details into our support system (CRM), and ensure each issue is tracked to resolution.
 - Information Dissemination: Clearly communicate important project updates, and other essential details to farmers.
 - Record Keeping: Meticulously maintain records of all farmer interactions, ensuring data integrity for reporting and analysis.
 - Collaboration: Work closely with the central operations team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback from the ground to improve our processes.
