We're looking for a
Customer Support & Sales Executive
who can deliver exceptional service to our customers, guide them through hotel and tour package bookings, and support our back-office operations to ensure smooth, hassle-free experiences.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, social media, and email inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Assist customers with room availability, pricing, and reservations across hotels and resorts.
- Provide tailored recommendations for hotels, room categories, and tour packages.
- Assist customers in planning and booking tour packages tailored to their travel needs.
- Guide customers through package details (inclusions, exclusions, activities, transport, etc.) and provide personalized recommendations.
- Customize itineraries based on traveler preferences (destinations, duration, budget, and activities).
- Coordinate with hotel and travel partners to arrange complete packages and ensure smooth execution.
- Provide after-sales support such as modifications, upgrades, rescheduling, and special requests.
- Work with the operations team to keep inventory, pricing, and package information updated.
Qualifications
- 2+ years
of p
rior experience with
Online Travel Agencies (OTA)
or
hotel operations
is a must.
- Strong knowledge of hotel booking processes, room categories, pricing structures, and tour package operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (both written & verbal).
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell hotels and packages.
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer queries and backend operations simultaneously.
- Passion for travel and helping people create memorable experiences.
