Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Executive, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and service through phone, email, or chat. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information about services, and assisting with sales. The executive will ensure a positive customer experience by efficiently and effectively responding to customer needs.
Manage and convert leads from digital platforms like Facebook, including moderating comments and messages.

Qualifications

· Minimum 1+ years of experience in telesales or a hospital call centre.

· SEIP / BACCO certification will be considered an added advantage.

· Proficiency in CRM software and excellent typing skills.

· Fluency in both Bengali and English with excellent communication skills.
