Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Operator located in Dhaka. The Call Center Operator will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role will also involve providing assistance to patients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientation and patience
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficiency in using call center software and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is a plus
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
