Craftsman Footwear & Accessories Ltd. is looking for a
Junior Executive (Marketing)
to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to learn and grow in the footwear & lifestyle industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) — posting content, replying to messages, and running basic boosting.
  • Support in content creation: collecting product photos, writing basic captions, and keeping all creative files well-organized.
  • Coordinate in photoshoots — preparing products, assisting the team, and ensuring proper photo/video content is captured.
  • Help with product photo editing, resizing, and preparing visuals for social media & e-commerce platforms.
  • Maintain and update records: preparing simple reports (sales, queries, insights) and product stock updates for marketing purposes.
  • Support e-commerce operations by updating product details (price, images, description) on the website and Facebook shop.
  • Handle initial customer queries politely and forward complex issues to senior team members.
  • Collaborate with different departments (factory, sales, accounts) when required to ensure smooth marketing operations.
  • (Bonus)
    If you have knowledge of
    design tools
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.), that will be a big plus.
