Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Support lead generation through research, prospecting, and cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Participate in client meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase MiHCM solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline updates in CRM.
  • Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Marketing teams for proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by ensuring timely communication.
  • Support post-demo/meeting activities such as preparing meeting minutes and follow-up emails.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply (no prior experience required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Bangla).
  • Basic understanding of software solutions, HRTech, or cloud platforms (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
