We're Hiring — Junior Sales Executive

Location:

Shyamoli, Dhaka (Work from office)

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with local and international clients through email and calls.
  • Find and reach out to potential leads for design and marketing services.
  • Assist in preparing client proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain client database and follow up regularly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency clients.

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
  • Background in
    Business, Marketing, or Communication

is preferred.

Experience Requirement

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

What We Expect

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Bangla).
  • Confident in email writing, client communication, and presentations.
  • Positive attitude, learning mindset, and teamwork spirit.
  • Basic understanding of marketing or sales will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

BDT
8,000–10,000

(based on skills)
