As a
Junior Marketing Executive (Fe-ma-le)
you will support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing social media, and creating engaging content. This role is perfect for a proactive
Fe-ma-le
candidate who wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, learn industry best practices, and contribute to growing the brand's presence across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Support social media management and content creation to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to develop promotional materials.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen our brand presence.

What We're Looking For:

  • 0–1 year of experience in marketing or in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Professional experience with editing/design tools such as Cap cut, Canva (or similar)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn with strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
