About the Role:

Sand Castle Group is looking for a motivated
Junior Sales Executive
to join our team. The role involves managing sales and customer relations for
Sand Castle Beach Resort (St. Martin's Island)
and
Sand Castle Nature Retreat (Manikganj)
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and bookings through our hotline and online platforms for
    Sand Castle Beach Resort
    .
  • Promote and sell
    Sand Castle Nature Retreat's share and membership packages
    across various channels and partner networks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, travel agents, and partners.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with management.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Tourism, or Business).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (hospitality/tourism background preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with social media and online booking channels is an advantage.

Workplace:

  • Based at
    Kawran Bazar, Dhaka
    .
  • Occasional travel to
    St. Martin's Island
    and
    Manikganj
    as needed.
