Job Context:

Bayshore Communication is looking for a motivated
Junior SEO Executive

As a Junior SEO Executive, you will support the team in executing SEO strategies that improve website visibility, increase traffic, and help clients achieve top search rankings. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structures.
  • Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
  • Perform regular site audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues.
  • Support link-building campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports for clients and management.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
  • 0–1 year of experience in SEO/digital marketing (internship experience counts).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new SEO trends and tools.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • SEO certifications (Google, HubSpot, etc.) will be an added advantage.
