Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Marketing Operations, based in Dhaka. The Assistant Manager will handle day-to-day marketing operations, operations management, and marketing analytics. They will also be responsible for marketing automation and applying analytical skills to optimize marketing efforts.

Qualifications

· Manage and drive trade loyalty program for RkPL, including regular performance tracking, reward management, effective merchandising execution within timeline.

· Plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) brand activation campaigns effectively, enusring maximum impact in the target market and troubleshoot event issues.

· Organize, supervise and coordinate event and activations through agencies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

·  Collect, analyze, and maintain relevant market data to assist in decision-making strategic planning.

·   Work closely with Brand manager to support and drive the major campaigns for achieving business objective.

·  Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.

·  Collaborate and manage Brand Promoter (BPs) to ensure successful execution of activation plans.

·  Continuously assess the effectiveness and quality of materials and make improvements when necessary.

·   Design creative and impactful marketing communication materials i.e. sticker, posters, visuals, POP & other materials inside the store maintaining Shell brand guideline and standard within given timeline.
