Role Overview:

As an Officer, HR Business Partner, you will support the HRBP team in executing people initiatives that align with Sheba's mission and business goals. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building strong professional relationships, supporting employee growth, and contributing to a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:


• Support Business Partnership: Assist senior HRBPs in collaborating with team leaders and department heads to ensure smooth execution of HR strategies and processes.


• Employee Engagement: Help manage employee queries, coordinate engagement activities, and support initiatives that foster a positive work environment.


• Performance Support: Assist in the implementation of OKR-based performance management frameworks, ensuring timely communication and coordination of review cycles.


• Employee Relations: Support the resolution of employee concerns by coordinating meetings, documenting issues, and ensuring fair follow-up under the guidance of the HRBP lead.


• Data & Reporting: Maintain HR data accurately and prepare regular reports on key HR metrics to support decision-making.


• Coordination & Communication: Act as a point of contact for routine HRBP-related tasks, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of people programs.


• Learning Support: Liaise with the L&D team to help coordinate training sessions and track participation and feedback.

Requirements:


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Experience: 1–2 years in HR operations or an HRBP support role preferred; fresh graduates with strong internships in HR will also be considered.


• Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.


• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.


• Good understanding of core HR functions and processes.


• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools is an advantage.
