Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Dhaka, and is an on-site position. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, develop and implement sales strategies, manage the sales team, and ensure targets are met. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and reporting on sales performance. Additional duties include coordinating with other departments and ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
