Currently MEL is working with different MNCs and Local Companies in field operations management, trade marketing, HR Process Management, sales & distribution and training & capability development.

Job_Position:

Regional Merchandising Manager (RMM), bKash Trade Marketing Service (Merchandising)

Energetic start

·      Present in office by 9:00 AM morning

·      Download selfie attendance report by 9:10 and start follow up

·      Ensure Field force selfie attendance by 9:30 AM

·      Prepare attendance report, tracking people administration part and send to ME HR by 10:30 AM

·      Monitoring all field force and ensure no zero call by 11:20 AM Except some distant/poor network

Issue and make sure all saved call for distant and poor network will be uploaded 100%

Market Visit

·      Visit with set of objectives

o  Prepare the Monthly PJP according to RSM/ASM and send to OM/bKash

o  On the job training

o  DH stock room visit and cross check the physical POSM count with stock portal. Send the anomaly on POSM stock count to RSM (If any)

o  Apps training for new recruited merchandiser or supervisor

o  At least two problematic Merchandisers route will be visit in a day in Metro & Urban market

o  Monitoring campaign execution

o  Improvement and action plan based on report analysis

o  Priority task by regional team (Management visit, highway visibility etc.)

Reporting

·      Send all kind of required file as per timeline

·      Salary file preparation

·      Variable file preparation

·      Prepare Toolkit allocation

·      Send report circulation files to RST as per given timeline

Tracking and monitoring

·      Download same day report and start analysis and prepare monitoring file in a daily basis

·      Checking portal with data and find execution picture

·      Calling poor performer in terms KPI and quality execution of same day report and follow up field force accordingly. Input "action" in prescribed format of daily monitoring. The total work should be done by 8:30 PM

Note:

·      Above task are regular task. Due to any urgent issue
(bKash Regional Team requirement, bKash central Trade team requirement, Urgent Market visit, Urgent People administration, Urgent reporting, any accidental case)
RMM should inform operation manager and record it.

·      Regarding Campaign time, regular work flow may be deviated as campaign is the most priority work

·      Regarding Sorting, RMM of Dhaka north and South are not able to monitor and follow up in expected level.

Remuneration: Salary: BDT 48,000 (75% Fixed & 25% Variable) (TA, DA, Eid Bonus)
