Regional Sales Manager/ Divisional Sales Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Planning event, exhibition or promotion activity, and making budget and finding proper venue.
  • Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support to build the brand & reputation of the organization.
  • Creating attainable Sales Target for the sales team.
  • Developing motivating incentive packages for the sales team.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing
  • strategies to improve brand awareness, market share and profitability.
  • Conducting customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
  • Developing promotional material and distribution as well as customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
  • Responsible to set up modern and effective sales & marketing strategies for increasing sales volume.
  • Acquiring product information of competitor`s product, price, feature, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinating & communicating with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of the product.
  • Planning and administering the company`s Marketing budget and keep it in cost control.
  • Preparing reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitor sales & activity report.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Business Development

Experience Requirements

  • 8 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Strong background and technical knowledge on sales.
  • Strong leadership abilities, good communication & strong analytical skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
