Job Description:

  • Achieve Sales Goals and Build Market Presence:
    Take full responsibility for meeting sales targets, analyzing performance data, resolving challenges, and implementing innovative promotional strategies and partnerships to ensure sustainable growth.

  • Lead and Motivate the Sales Force:
    Manage and inspire a team of TSOs, ASOs, and ASMs by setting clear objectives, encouraging collaboration, and ensuring high performance through proactive leadership and strategic direction.

  • Drive Field Operations and Innovation:
    Collaborate closely with Territory and Zonal Sales teams to stimulate demand, engage with educators, and uncover new business opportunities through active field involvement.

  • Develop and Coach Sales Talent:
    Provide hands-on training in sales strategies, product knowledge, and negotiation techniques to strengthen team capabilities and enhance overall effectiveness.

  • Conduct Strategic Training Programs:
    Organize impactful workshops and training sessions that focus on market trends, curriculum changes, and the use of advanced sales tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Employment Status:

·       Full-time

Educational Requirements:

·       Graduate in any discipline from a reputed public or private university; BBA & MBA will get preference

Experience Requirements:

·       At least 03 years of sales experience in a sales and marketing team, ideally with experience of leading a team.

Additional Requirements:

· At least 03 years of work experience in the field of Sales & Marketing.

· Candidate must be smart, energetic & dynamic.

· Self-motivated with high personal integrity and loyalty.

· Capable of working under pressure.

· Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.

· Sound knowledge of MS Office.

Job Location:

·       Anywhere in Bangladesh.
