Job Overview

TygrLabs is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our global ground transportation sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and optimizing sales operations across the US, Europe, and emerging markets. The Sales Manager will oversee a team of 10-15 sales specialists, ensuring they meet and exceed targets while fostering a high-performance culture.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling revenue (from $10M to $30M ), managing global sales teams, and executing data-driven strategies. Strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally are essential to success in this role.

Scope: Lead a high-performing sales team driving revenue growth across US, Europe, and global markets for premium ground transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to grow revenue from $10M to $30M annually, expanding market share in luxury transportation, corporate travel, and hospitality sectors.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities (B2B & B2C) through strategic prospecting, partnerships, and global account management.
  • Drive pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and long-term client retention to maximize profitability.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of 10-15 sales specialists, fostering a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, incentive structures, and career development paths.
  • Implement data-driven sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and ROI analysis, leveraging CRM (e.g., ).
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill-building workshops to ensure quota attainment.
Global Business Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define market entry strategies for new regions (US, Europe, and emerging markets).
  • Align sales initiatives with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery, brand positioning, and revenue recognition.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine value propositions and stay ahead of market shifts.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Cultivate C-level relationships with luxury hotels, corporate travel managers, event planners, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, SLA adherence, and post-sale account management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Process Optimization & Compliance
  • Standardize sales playbooks, onboarding programs, and CRM best practices to streamline scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy laws, and industry regulations in all markets.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-7 years in sales, with 2 years in a leading role (preferably in luxury transportation, travel, or hospitality).
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue ($10M to $30M ) and managing global/remote teams.
  • Expertise in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and long sales cycles (corporate/RFP- driven environments).
  • Strong financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting) and experience working with cross- functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Legal).
  • Analytical mindset proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and sales analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
